Over the last decade, Republicans have seemed to claim the American flag as their
symbol. Manitowoc Democratic Party, along with the national Democratic Party, is saying “NOT SO.” We are urging democrats in Manitowoc County to fly their flags proudly, especially on these days in honor of “the Republic for which it stands.” Republican, Tom Tiffany, running for Wisconsin governor, currently serves in the U.S. House of Representatives. He dangerously misrepresents his record. Here's the truth.
On July 15, 2025 and September 30 2025, Tom Tiffany cast the deciding vote AGAINST an amendment to release the Epstein Files (H. Res 580), keeping them sealed. Tom Tiffany never signed the discharge petition which would have forced a vote to release the Epstein Files, despite other Republicans doing so. While in the WI State Legislature he voted for the largest cut to public school funding in state history, and he supports Trump's tariffs that have cost Wisconsin families over $1,700 a year and forced Wisconsin businesses and consumers to pay a collective $3.5 billion. Don't believe his folksy ads, he's misrepresenting his record. Baldwin secures $20 million for Port of Manitowoc
